Mik Wisniewski of the department of Management Science has been co-opted on to the Scottish Government's national working group to establish a set of national performance measures for the NHS Children and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS). He will be helping the group draft a strategy map and a 'balanced scorecard' to be used across all CAMHS services in Scotland.
