Professor Colin Eden, Department of Management, presented to the British Business Group in Dubai on September 27 at the Palace Hotel, Dubai, on the theme of "What makes good strategic managers?"
The presentation drew on recent research to consider a number of important aspects of strategic thinking and its impact on the keys features of effective strategic management. In addition the presentation suggested some techniques for encouraging strategic thinking.
