Food seminar in marketing department
A number of speakers have been confirmed for a seminar organised by SCOFF (the Scottish Colloquium on Food & Feeding) in association with the Department of Marketing. A celebration of food and the written word, this seminar is an opportunity for anyone interested in written representations of food or eating to come together to share their work and interest. It will take place on Thursday January 13 from 12pm.
