Success in Business Student Voice competition

L-R: Helyn Gould, Richard Atfield, Cara Pleym, Sara Carter, last year's winner Stephanie Anderson

Following on from Strathclyde student Stephanie Anderson winning the Business Student Voice Competition last year, another Strathclyde business school student has been successful - Cara Pleym (BA Business) was named runner-up in this year's competition.

Cara represented both herself and Strathclyde very well in expressing her view about how she hopes to become a 'graduate with impact'; the theme of this year's competition. Her work and that of the winner and other runners-up is available here:

Cara, who has now entered full-time employment, was presented with her certificate by Richard Atfield, Assistant Director, HEA BMAF Network, and was supported by Professor Sara Carter, head of the Hunter Centre for Entrepreneurship, Helyn Gould, Director of Studies at SBS, and last year's winner Stephanie, who was delighted that Strathclyde had once again been successful in these awards. Cara was also presented with a cheque for £150.

The business schools where the winner and runners-up are registered are also presented with a Certificate to recognise the positive environment that their student has described.
