Jillian Ney - Spotlight

Jillian Ney is a PhD researcher within the Department of Marketing. Her area of research is social media, researching online consumer behaviour.

Jillian's thesis explores the cues used by consumers to determine the credibility of social content. The findings of the research will allow brands to better understand the influence of social content.
