Annual postgraduate careers fair is at Strathclyde Business School

A wide range of companies with an interest in MBA and business postgraduate students will be attending Strathclyde Business School on February 3, the date of this year's annual postgraduate careers fair.

The Fair, from 11am to 3pm, is restricted to industry-experienced MBA and Business Masters students only, and there will be presentations as well as networking opportunities.

Companies confirmed include Amazon, GE Energy, Google, Lloyds Banking Group and Standard Life, and in past years around 300 students have attended.

Irene Aitkenhead Taylor SBS Career and Corporate Development Manager, who initiated the Fair in 2008 said, "For companies, it is an ideal opportunity to meet a diverse pool of highly talented and industry-experienced individuals, and for the students, it raises their profile, gives them networking opportunities, and they can attend with the knowledge that the organisations attending are specifically interested in our MBA and business postgraduate students."

This will be the fifth annual Scottish MBA Careers Fair, jointly held by the University of Edinburgh Business School and the University of Strathclyde Business School to which MBA students from throughout Scotland and North of England are invited.
