Delhi alumni

The Delhi Strathclyde alumni association restarted on Saturday, March 17 with 50 alumni turning up to reinvigorate the alumni association. The group was dominated by Strathclyde Business School alumni but was also attended by a graduate of 1957 and another from 1961 from the Engineering faculty.

In attendance was Sir Mark Tully, a leading writer and broadcaster, who is based in Delhi and who presents BBC radio programme 'Something Understood'. Awarded an honorary doctorate by Strathclyde in 1997, he gave a brief speech of support.

Marianne Nimmo and Colin Eden were invited from SBS and Professor Eden gave a talk updating all on the developments from across the University.
