The 5th Annual Strathclyde Teaching Excellence Awards took place on May 7 in the Strathclyde Student Union. The outgoing and incoming USSA Executive Officers, senior university staff, representatives from partner organisations and nominating students all gathered to welcome more than 100 lecturers to celebrate the Excellent Teaching provided across the institution.
Strathclyde Business School academics from the departments of Marketing, Management and the Hunter Centre for Entrepreneurship were all shortlisted. Dr Paul Ferri won “Best in Faculty” for Business, and he commented, “I was delighted to be nominated, and go on to win this category, especially as it’s all a direct result of students’ nominations.”
