Head of the Department of Human Resource Management, Dennis Nickson, was recently an invited speaker at the Scottish Graduate School for Social Science Doctoral Training Centre (DTC) Business and Management pathway colloquium at the University of Stirling.
The conference was open to all doctoral students across Scotland studying in business and management and was attended by around 80 students.
Professor Nickson, who is Editor of Employee Relations, was invited to talk about getting published. He presented in conjunction with Professor Wendy Loretto from the University of Edinburgh who talked to the students about the increasing importance of the impact agenda in research.
