This expert discussion is part of The Scotsman's content series on the rapidly growing fintech sector in Scotland, and the opportunities and challenges it presents. The debate aims to place fintech in a wider context and ask how it can deliver positive benefits to society - if it can overcome some of the trust and confidence issues which currently surround technology and big data generally.
The panel will include Stephen Ingledew Fintech Scotland CEO, Daniel Broby SBS Director Centre of Financial Innovation and Regulation,and representatives from Burness Paull and Deloitte. The discussion will be chaired by David Lee of Scotsman Conferences and held in front of an audience of fintech students, businesses and a range of other partners in Scotland's fintech community.
The discussion will be segmented into 5 main topics of 15-20 minutes each.
