Building and Embedding Resilience: Mini-series

Event Date: 12 July 2021 - 16 July 2021

Speakers: Dr Nicola Murray, SCER, Strathclyde Business School, and Dr Helen Fitzhugh, Norwich Business School

In early 2020, no one could have predicted what lay ahead.  The global pandemic has tested organisations and their employees to the limit, in some cases requiring a total rethink of the way they do business. As organisations seek to build back after Covid and whatever lies beyond, developing resilience at an individual, team and organisational level is essential if businesses are to prepare for the unexpected.

From July 12-16, colleagues from the PrOPEL Hub Knowledge Exchange team, Dr Nicola Murray and Dr Helen Fitzhugh will be connecting theoretical concepts about resilience with lived “on the ground” experience through a series of practical, solutions focused materials and events that any business can use.
