This special Knowledge Exchange event welcomes Global CEO Leslie Stretch, Medallia Inc. and Strathclyde alumnus who was recently named among the Best CEOs for Women and Best CEOs for Diversity, in the 2021 Comparably Awards.
Hosted by Professor David Hillier, Dean of Strathclyde Business School and Chaired by Dr Phil Considine, Director of SEED.
Leslie, who is US based, will draw on his experience to help to answer:
What separates the companies that can adapt from the ones that can’t?
What does it take as a CEO to lead and futureproof your organisation?
How do we create the narrative and culture at Board level to enable digital transformation?
Following Leslie's talk, a panel of experts will look at what boards can do to help digitally future proof themselves. Joining the panel are; Viktor Dorfler, Vivienne MacLaren and Les Bayne.
