Abstract:

In this session, Dr Emma Compton-Daw, Researcher Development Manager, provides an overview of Strathclyde’s activities to implement the Concordat to Support the Career Development of Researchers (also known as the Researcher Development Concordat) and how these relate to research (Researchers) and academic staff (Managers of Researchers) – identified by this Concordat as key stakeholders. It will also provide an overview of the “Researcher Development Time Policy” launched in November 2023 and practical support on how to implement the policy.
