Generative Artificial Intelligence for Financial Services: Consumer Duty Outcomes

The aim of this event is to provide a platform to discuss how Generative AI can be leveraged to deliver good outcomes to consumers in line with the FCA Consumer Duty framework and share best practices regarding its governance.  The event presents a unique networking opportunity and an avenue to collaborate with the Financial Regulation Innovation Lab and the University of Strathclyde through Knowledge Transfer Partnerships (KTPs) to stimulate innovation and growth in the FinTech sector.

The event will appeal to industry practitioners interested in understanding how GenAI may be integrated into FinTech-enabled financial products and services. This includes professionals and companies operating within the FinTech ecosystem, financial services providers, and professional services firms.  The event will also be of interest to businesses delivering GenAI offerings.
