Enhancing Work Culture in the Hospitality Sector in Scotland

This event will feature research conducted by staff at the University of Strathclyde on fair hospitality work.    The presentations will be followed by a discussion session to share ideas on about enhancing workplace culture to improve hospitality work.

The Scottish government’s Fair Work Commission aspires to put fair work at the heart of workplaces by 2025 and recognises hospitality as an important sector of the economy. This event aims to foster conversations on improving hospitality work in Scotland.

Stakeholders in the hospitality sector are welcome to participate.
