Rachel Reeves will present her second budget on November 26, which involves difficult decisions, further tax increases, and – maybe – manifesto promises broken.

Professor Mairi Spowage will set out the main implications of these announcements, for both the UK and Scottish economy and also the Scottish Budget and election to come.
