This event brings together academics from Strathclyde Business School and the Faculty of Engineering, alongside industry professionals and speakers from Equate Scotland, to discuss the key HRM and Fair Work challenges and opportunities facing this important Scottish sector.

The seminar will explore HR strategies and practices within the space sector, equality, diversity and inclusion, and the realities of working in Scotland's space industry. It also provides an opportunity to help shape future research, examine the practical challenges of adopting a strategic approach to HRM, and consider the implications for workers' experiences and Fair Work.

This in-person event offers an excellent opportunity to hear from leading researchers and industry experts, engage in discussion, and network with colleagues from academia and Scotland's space community.
