IDEX scholarship programme award for HRM academic
 
Professor Paul Stewart, Department of Human Resource Management, has been successful in obtaining an award for the highly prestigious IDEX Paris-Saclay Scholarship Programme “Jean d’Alembert". The funding of 40,000 Euros is for six months (January to July 2017) for research, development and seminar planning. The award is to fund a project on the development of the Sociology of Work in twelve countries in post-war Europe.
Professor Stewar is co-ordinator of the Marie Curie programme "Changing Employment", a 4 million Euro programme (2012-2016) with eight partner European universities and range of European social partners.
