MBA alumnus’ business inducted into Microsoft for Startups

Amr Gamal, who did his MBA in Abu Dhabi 2016-2018, has a new startup which has been inducted into the global programme, Microsoft for Startups.

KEEPERZ FZCO which can be found on Linked In is a newly founded tech startup that has recently developed a foodies platform, KEEPERZ app. The company founders also run one of the biggest and most active communities of foodies in UAE.

Microsoft for Startups is a global programme dedicated to accelerating the trajectory of high-potential startups to enable growth at scale. As a programme member, KEEPERZ will have exclusive access to Microsoft technology, mentorship and business support. KEEPERZ will use Microsoft’s offer package to reach a wide-scale audience in a short time, with built in redundancy and security.

Amr said, “This is big news for such an early-stage startup like KEEPERZ, especially given that the startup community in the UAE is booming and full of innovative ideas and great potential, so qualifying in such a highly competitive atmosphere is very exciting.”

For local restaurants in UAE that are operating in a typical high-customer turnover market and struggling to consistently maintain the required level of brand awareness & popularity, KEEPERZ app provides a next-generation all-in-one marketing solution that connects them to thousands of food geeks and micro influences. The app comprises bundle of novel tools and features that allow restaurants to:

· Organically acquire new customers through WOM

· Increase customer loyalty and visit frequency

· Increase average bill size

· Dynamically reward their customers in a way that guarantees that the best offer goes to the best customer
