Leading Forward with Alison Rose, NatWest Group CEO
Alison Rose, NatWest Group CEO, will be the next speaker in Strathclyde Business School's Leading Forward series run in association with the Royal Bank of Scotland.
Following her appointment as NatWest Group CEO in November 2019, Alison revealed a new strategy for the bank in February of this year which puts purpose-led decision making at the heart of the organisation.
Alison will be sharing her experiences on developing and leading a purpose-led organisation and will be outlining how the Royal Bank of Scotland has responded so far to the Covid-19 pandemic.
This latest event in the Leading Forward series will take place on October 2 and, due to coronavirus, will be held online. The event however is open to all and will be held between 10.30 and 11.30am.
Alison's talk will be chaired by Dr Lena Wilson OBE, who curated the Leading Forward series for Strathclyde Business School in her role as visiting professor. Previous speakers have included Lena Wilson herself, Mary Jo Jacobi, Jacqui Ferguson and Deirdre Michie.
Our last event saw the previous speakers brought back together for an online session to discuss 'Leading Forward in our New World' and was very well received by a global audience.
