Guest lectures at Strathclyde Business School

Martin Rhodes, Director of the Scottish Fair Trade Forum, gave a guest lecture on the organisation in terms of its mission, aims, activities and challenges encountered at the business school recently.

His lecture complemented the learning sessions on "business ethics, sustainability and non-governmental organisations in the global economy" which were offered as parts of the MIM/MBM elective on "Managing International Relationships".

The elective focuses on the understanding of the contextual factors and realities surrounding the management of international relationships. Martin's lecture effectively facilitated students to apply the theories and concepts learnt to the practical situations.

This month also featured talks by David Knott and Mick Elliott as part of the SBS MBA Summer School.
