International Manager Leadership Challenge

Dr Ying Zhang, Department of Management, has been working closely with Sandeep Hedge, Country Manager, Personal Healthcare at Procter and Gamble UK, on the International Manager Leadership Challenge - a hands-on, practically oriented exercise enabling MIM students to put into practice the knowledge they have acquired during the International Manager Development section of the MIM programmme.

Sandeep - a former MIM student himself - came to the Business School on March 15 to hear students' presentations. The challenge was in the form of group presentation. Students worked in teams of 5 or 6, over the course of semester 2, taking on the role of international managers to provide real-life business solutions to Procter and Gamble UK which sponsored prizes for the presenters.
