HRM Professor appointed to Scottish Government Independent Review Group

Professor Patricia Findlay has been appointed to an independent review of workplace policies that will see trade unions, businesses and academics working together with the Scottish Government to create better working environments. Of the eight members, Professor Findlay is the only academic appointee.

The review, titled Working together: progressive workplace policies in Scotland, aims to improve workplace policies through effective union and employer cooperation.
