Kay Gilbert, Human Resource Management, has been appointed as Independent Advisor to the National Health Service Job Evaluation Group (JEG). The Group is a national technical sub-group of the UK wide NHS Staff Council that ensures that the Job Evaluation scheme is fit for purpose.
This partnership also provides on-going national advice to organisations, to support local implementation of JE. Kay was appointed to provide independent expert advice to the group in light of her past equal pay experience with the Employment Tribunal Service and research in the field.
