Fair Work Convention framework launched

The Fair Work Convention was set up in spring 2015, bringing together business and trade union leaders to have a wider discussion on making work fairer, and with the aim of publishing its findings this year.

Professor Patricia Findlay of the Human Resource Management department and Director of SCER was invited to be part of the convention last year and has since been the academic advisor for the convention.

University Principal Professor Sir Jim McDonald gave the opening address at the Framework launch on March 21 at Strathclyde University.
