Strathclyde Business School has been awarded funds of £2,500 each year for the next ten years by the Lord Forte Foundation as an annual prize.
Students studying Hospitality and Tourism Management in their Honours year will be eligible. The successful applicant will be selected by a panel of judges, with the award being decided on academic merit.
Dr Kostas Tomazos, Lecturer in the Department of Strategy and Organisation, and Director for Teaching and Learning for Undergraduate Hospitality and Tourism Management Studies, said, “We are delighted to receive this funding from the Lord Forte Foundation which will be awarded to one student per year in their Honours year. The judging panel will take overall academic performance into consideration when making the decision.”
