Strathclyde to launch Productivity through People Programme

Strathclyde Business School is launching Productivity through People, a 12 month programme that supports SMEs to create a high performance workplace with a fully engaged workforce.

The programme is delivered in collaboration with, and subsidised by four world class organisations: GSK, Rolls-Royce, BAE Systems and John Lewis Partnership. The programme is also endorsed by the Productivity Leadership Group, a new business-led organisation created to boost management skills and close the UK's productivity gap.

Participants will be given access to the latest techniques, thinking and research to transform their productivity and working practices, based on the insights and guidance of industry leaders and backed by the research and experience of Strathclyde Business School.

Modules will include Empowering Leadership, Innovation and Technology, Aligning the Business and Enhancing Communication. Each module lasts four days and takes place every six to eight weeks.

A preview event will be held on January 23 in the Centre for Corporate Connections at Strathclyde Business School. For further information, please email sbs_ptp@strath.ac.uk
