SBS student wins Marketing Student of the Year award

Strathclyde Business School student Camille Moore, a third year Master in International Business and a Modern Language (MIBML),  student was awarded the title Marketing Student of the Year 2018 at the Marketing Society Scotland awards dinner in Edinburgh on June 21.

Camille competed against students from across all of the Scottish Universities in an apprentice-type day challenge and won a trophy and a paid summer internship at a Scottish Marketing agency. 

Fellow Strathclyde student, Emilia Higgins, a third year marketing student, was one of the two runners up for the award. Professor Alan Wilson of the Marketing Department congratulated Camille in winning the award and Emilia in making the final shortlist and commented, "This clearly demonstrates the strength of the marketing education at Strathclyde Business School and the quality of our marketing students."
