Ms Jane Johnstone, Dr Derek Bryce and Dr Matthew Alexander, Department of Marketing, have had an article entitled, "Using Mobile Methods to understand Multifaceted Heritage Organisations" accepted for publication in International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management (ABS 3).
This contribution to the methodological literature is drawn from Ms Johnstone's recently completed AHRC funded doctoral work in which she was embedded within Glasgow Life, the city's culture, heritage, museums and destination marketing organisation (viva pending).
