Strategy awards for students

A number of awards were given out to Strategy students to coincide with November graduations. They are as follows:

MSc in Project Management and Innovation (PMI):

Ron Bandiera – Overall Project Prize – A comparative study of how Earned Value Management (EVM) can be an effective tool to improve the project performance in Information Technology.

Chengjie Wu – commendation - Benefits of engaging in E-commerce for retail industries in China.

Dorothea Armann – commendation - An empirical research on value creation of Professional Project Managers in work and employment in Iceland

Christopher Storck – commendation - Project team performance: Relationship and impact of project commitment and team role stress.

Paul Slaven – commendation - An investigation into the innovation processes of local third-sector organisations and the applicability of design thinking to enhance innovation outcomes.

MSc in Business Management (MBM):

Atikrit Chanjavanakul – Overall Project Prize - Strategic Management in Small-scale Farms: Case-studies from Thailand.

Yash Karwa – commendation - Exploring family business and succession dynamics in an Indian context.

Callum Harley – commendation - Integrating Corporate Social Responsibility & Sustainability into Business Strategies: A case study of the Scottish Whisky Industry.

Jenzi Chua Yi Xuan – commendation - Sharing tacit knowledge in practice: Factors influencing employee willingness on Tacit Knowledge Sharing (TKS)

MSc in International Management (MIM):

Gabriele Giroletti – Overall Project Prize - Internationalisation Strategy of an Italian Food Industry Firm Within the UK Market: The Case of Riso Gallo.

Luigi Orofino – commendation - An analysis of Foreign Market Entry Mode Strategies of FertilSud: an Eclectic Paradigm approach.

Peng Yuan Yi Sozzi – commendation - Culture and Entrepreneurial Potential: a quantitative study on Entrepreneurial ideal qualities.

Lauren Mayer – commendation - The Leadership Challenge: addressing the potential impact of Millennials on the future talent pool of multinationals.
