SBS teaching staff recognised by students at annual awards

Giovanni Caccavello (MBA and International Division) was named 'Best in Business Faculty' at the Teaching Excellence Awards organised by the University of Strathclyde Student Union. The awards are usually made at a special ceremony but were announced online this year.

Over 20 Strathclyde Business School teaching staff were longlisted for the annual awards and a number were shortlisted: Phil Taylor (Work, Employment and Organisation) was listed in the 'Best in Business Faculty', 'Outstanding Feedback on Assessment' and 'Best Overall' categories. Jon McFarlane (Economics) was shortlisted in the 'Best Student Who Tutors' and 'Best in Businesss Faculty' categories. Jed Moore (Management Science) was shortlisted in the 'Best Student who Tutors' category while Kyle Andrews (Marketing) and Sandeep Rao were both shortlisted in the 'Best in Business Faculty' category.

Vice President Education Eyram Selasie Ahadzie announced the shortlists and winners of Strath Union's Teaching Excellence Awards, with the overall winner award going to Chris Cox from Prosthetics and Orthotics.
