Hunter Centre leads on entrepreneurial toolkit prototype

A research project supported by the Research Interns@Strathclyde program, which focused on designing the prototype for a toolkit on entrepreneurial leadership and resilience for women, recently concluded.

Fifteen interviews took place and findings were enhanced and consolidated via a roundtable process with 14 participants (entrepreneurs, business advisors and researchers). The research was led by the Hunter Centre for Entrepreneurship’s  Professor Katerina Nicolopoulou and Hunter Centre Visiting Professor Maggie O’ Carroll, CEO of the Women’s Organisation, and was conducted by Tommy Yen, First Class Honours graduate from the same department.

The project focused on the applicability and relevance of such a toolkit for contexts in the Global South, as well as for women entrepreneurs with related background, active in the context of the UK entrepreneurial ecosystem.
