Strathclyde shortlisted in THE awards 2022

Strathclyde University has been shortlisted in two categories in the upcoming Times Higher Education (THE) Awards 2022: Outstanding Entrepreneurial University and Outstanding Library Team.

In the Entrepreneurial University Category, Strathclyde is up against University of Central Lancashire, De Montfort University, London School of Economics and Political Science, London South Bank University and Robert Gordon University. In the Library category, the other shortlisted institutions are Global Banking School, Lancaster University, University of St Andrews, Staffordshire University, and University of West London. 

The award ceremony takes place on November 17 in London.

Strathclyde has previously won 10 THE awards in a nine year period, recognised across a variety of categories. These include the coveted University of the Year and Business School of the Year. In 2019, we won University of the Year for the second time. As well as the University of the Year, we also won the Widening Participation or Outreach Initiative of the Year award for our Breaking Barriers initiative, a pioneering programme which gives young people with learning disabilities access to education and work experience opportunities.
