The second year of the Help to Grow: Management programme has now been successfully delivered. There has been outstanding feedback from our latest group of participants, with many of them already describing numerous positive changes that have been brought about in their workplaces as a result of what they have learned on the course.
After the successful graduation of twelve cohorts, which represent over 200 companies from across the UK, planning for the third year of the programme is now well underway.
Help to Grow is a UK-wide business-growth course aimed at senior leaders of SMEs, and has been created to help drive business performance, employment, and to ultimately grow the economy. The programme is delivered over twelve weeks, and course content includes modules on strategy and innovation; digital adoption; internationalisation and winning new markets; vision, mission and values; marketing; branding; organisational design; employee engagement; efficient operations; and finance and financial management.
All cohorts have been positive about the course and, following the graduation of our twelfth cohort in June, we have seen the development of a strong alumni community based on the strong connections formed within cohort peer groups, and furthered by a number of dedicated events designed to bring participants from different cohorts together.
The success of the course at Strathclyde is demonstrated by the more than 200 companies who have put their trust in us to deliver this excellent programme which will contribute to their business growth and development. Many of our latest participants learned about the programme through word-of-mouth, demonstrating the positive impact that the programme has had on our first twelve cohorts, who continue to recommend Strathclyde to companies across Scotland and the rest of the UK.
Strathclyde is the only business school delivering an entirely face-to-face programme, and we have a further three cohorts planned from August 2023 onwards. Registration is now open for all dates.
The cost of the course is £7,500, however this is 90% subsidised by the UK Government, which reduces the fee for participants to just £750 per person.
