Engage with Strathclyde

Engage with Strathclyde, the University's flagship events programme, is back for 2024, bringing a dynamic lineup of events aimed at fostering collaboration and innovation across various sectors. From April 29 to May 10, join us for a series of engaging discussions and presentations designed to showcase the University of Strathclyde Business School's cutting-edge research, innovation, and technologies and stimulate engagement with business, industry, the public and third sectors, with the aim of enhancing and building our collaborative partnerships.

The events cover a wide range of topics, reflecting our active involvement in key areas. We're delighted to welcome speakers from industry partners alongside our own academic staff, ensuring diverse perspectives and valuable insights.

Starting off Engage with Strathclyde for the Business School on April 29 is Generative Artificial Intelligence for Financial Services a great event for those in the fintech ecosystem. Partnering with Fintech Scotland, we'll explore the latest developments in AI and financial services.

On May 1, join us for Introducing the Strathclyde and Health Foundation collaboration on tackling health inequalities in Scotland where stakeholders will come together to address crucial issues in healthcare.

Collaborating with the Institute of Hospitality, our event on May 2 - Using photo essays to enhance experiential learning in HE - Business studies - offers unique perspectives on leveraging visual storytelling in education.

Sustainability takes centre stage with four events dedicated to tackling environmental challenges. From climate change discussions to insights on local emissions and economies, there's something for everyone passionate about sustainability.
