MBA alumni reunion

Strathclyde Business School had the pleasure of welcoming the MBA class of 1995, Ghabhar Cohort, back to campus on June 27 to celebrate their 30-year reunion to reconnect, reminisce, and reflect on their journey since Strathclyde.

The visit included a campus tour led by two of our current MBA students - Neel and Khadija - who gave our alumni a glimpse into how the University has evolved. The MBA team had then organised a relaxed lunch, where alumni recent alumni and current students came together to share stories, advice, and reflections, exploring both the similarities and the differences of pursuing an MBA three decades apart.

The afternoon session was the opportunity for our alumni to draw on experiences spanning over 30 years, they offered inspiring stories of success, practical advice, and thoughtful reflections on the lessons they've learned since completing their MBA. Most importantly, they shared tips on how to make the most of the MBA year at Strathclyde, emphasising the importance of building strong networks, seizing opportunities, and staying open to new perspectives.

It was a truly special occasion filled with insight, inspiration, and a strong sense of community and we’re incredibly grateful to Ghabhar for their continued engagement and generosity in supporting the next generation of business leaders.
