Silver jubilee of Oman MBA centre and 30 years in the UAE

Our Oman centre recently celebrated the Silver Jubilee of the Executive MBA (EMBA), commemorating 25 years of offering the Strathclyde MBA in Oman in partnership with the College of Banking and Financial Studies.

A special ceremony was attended by a number of Their Excellencies, honorees, CEOs, representatives of institutions from various sectors, and former graduates of the programme.

Dr Jed Moore presented Dina Al Maimani, Strathclyde Oman Manager, with a commemorative plaque to mark 25 years of partnership in delivering the Executive MBA.

Meanwhile, Professor Alex Dickson presented Abigail Davenport, Head of Strathclyde Business School UAE, with a commemorative plaque marking 30 years of Strathclyde Business School in the UAE.

Professor Dickson commented, “Being in Dubai to recognise Strathclyde’s legacy in the UAE is a real pleasure. Our executive community here is exceptional, and we are proud of the impact we continue to create together. We are excited about what the future holds.”

Both centres held special commemorative events in the latter months of 2025 to mark the special anniversaries.
