Successful conclusion of Solvias executive education programme

Dr Phil Considine, director of Executive Education, and Dr Aylin Ates, Reader in Strategy and Innovation, have successfully delivered the final workshop for the global leadership group from Solvias, a Swiss-US pharma company in Basel, Switzerland which took place on May 19 and 20.

Solvias leadership development is an eight-month executive education programme designed by Strathclyde Business School and tailored to the needs of the industrial partner. The programme was designed to equip Solvias leaders with the strategic, commercial, and leadership capabilities needed to deliver on their ambitious five-year vision.

Through a blend of immersive workshops, industry case studies, site visits, and peer collaboration, participants built the skills to translate the company's vision into measurable value for customers, staff, and stakeholders.

Participants in the Strathclyde-led training were drawn from Solvias locations worldwide, including the US, France, Germany, Switzerland, the Netherlands, and the UK.
