Help to Grow keeps growing
The 22nd cohort of the Help to Grow: Management Programme continues at Strathclyde Business School, with the programme providing ambitious SME leaders with the practical frameworks, strategic tools, and networks needed to scale their businesses.
Delivered by Strathclyde Executive Education & Development (SEED) alongside the Chartered Association of Business Schools, the executive programme is guided by an exceptional line-up of subject deliverers and expert facilitators covering critical modules in strategy, digital transformation, market expansion, marketing strategy, brand-building case studies, organisational design, leadership building, financial management, growth plans, performance and operations optimisation.

- Wendy White-Finnegan also expertly facilitated the peer-to-peer learning and business model development sessions.
Participants are currently translating these core insights into bespoke business growth roadmaps supported by dedicated 1:1 mentoring from mentors Lynn Finch, Max Coetzee and Mel Gahie who are actively guiding them through their bespoke growth plans.
