SBS IT Support

The SBS IT Support team are your first point of contact for all SBS staff and Postgraduate students with IT queries. We aim to resolve your query whenever we can, but if we unable to do so, we will offer advice or pass your query on to the appropriate team on your behalf.

Opening hours

The SBS IT Support department are open during the following hours

  • Monday – Friday: 09:00 - 17:00
  • Saturday and Sunday: Closed

Outwith these times, the central University helpdesk run an out of hours' service which is available to all students and staff.

Out of hours Library and IT support

Central University IT offers an “out of hours” Library and IT support service provided by our partner, Capita. If you need IT support when the SBS IT Support department is not open, you can log a call with Capita or the central helpdesk.
