The Strathclyde Women’s Leadership Experience

The Strathclyde Women’s Leadership Experience is a comprehensive development experience designed to empower women to step confidently into leadership roles and amplify their impact within their organizations and beyond.

Structured over four in-depth modules, the programme addresses key dimensions of effective leadership through the lens of gender, identity, influence, and purpose. You will experience a learning journey which captures four key learning pillars: self-awareness, integrating learning into practice, contextual insights and shared experiences.
