If you are sending confidential or private information via eMail, Outlook now has added security to allow you to limit what can be done by the recipient of the email.
When composing an email in the desktop version of Outlook, click on the File tab and select either “Set Permissions” or “Encrypt” (depending on the version of Outlook you are using)
Select “Do Not Forward”
Finally compose and send the email as normal.
The recipient of the email will not be able to print, forward screen share or capture a screen shot of the email.
Note: Be careful if you are sending attachments within the email, their security will rely on the application supporting user rights management.
