ZOOM Direct Calling

In the Zoom app, you can direct-call individuals without the need to create and setup a Zoom meeting.

Direct Calling with Video

• Select ‘Chat’ at the top of the home screen and your chat history will appear.
• To find the member of staff in Zoom you want to call, search for their name in the "Jump To" field at the top left of the window.
• Select their name from the list to open their chat window.
• Right click on their name and select "Meet with video".

Direct Calling without Video

• Select ‘Chat’ at the top of the home screen and your chat history will appear.
• To find the member of staff in Zoom you want to call, search for their name in the "Jump To" field at the top left of the window.
• Select their name from the list to open their chat window.
• Right click on their name and select "Meet without video"
