The coronavirus situation in my country is'nt stable yet. Attending lectures in the university campus doesnt seem possible as international flights are still restricted. In such a case, if situation isnt under control by mid of Aug, can I make a defer request
Eleanor Kynaston

Hello,

We fully understand the current situation with Coroavirus makes things uncertain when it comes to travel, so of course, if by end of August the Inhternational flights are restricted then you can defer until the next intake for the course.  All we would ask is that you email us with your deferral request.

I hope this helps

Regards

Eleanor

Barbara Baillie

Hi Vanya,

We do appreciate the difficulties when making your decision on coming to the UK to complete your studies.  I am sure that you are excited to be starting your course.  The University is permitting students to arrive on campus up to 26th of October, however, you will need to be fully registered at the start of term to commence study. Early classes will be, as in most UK universities, online, then blended with some face-to-face classes and pandemic circumstances permitting, fully face-to-face.

The University updates the webpage for students so please do keep checking this  https://www.strath.ac.uk/coronavirus/enquirersapplicantsofferholdersagents/

I hope this helps with when considering your decision and as Eleanor indicates you can still defer should you wish to do so.

Regards

Barbara
