Strathclyde MBA in global Financial Times and Economist rankings

The latest Financial Times ranking sees Strathclyde Business School's Executive MBA programme (October 19 2015) ranked globally at 50th in the world, rising 14 places from last year. This annual ranking of our international MBA places us in the top 10 of UK schools ranked.

The Economist has also this month published its ranking of full-time MBA programmes (October 15 2015). This ranking lists the top 100 full time MBA programmes and positions us 48th in the world. Of the 15 UK schools to be included in the Which MBA global ranking, Strathclyde's MBA was placed 4th in the UK. We are also ranked in the top 25 in terms of salary.

Executive Dean of Strathclyde Business School, Professor David Hillier said, "We are proud to have produced a renowned MBA programme since 1966. Over the years we have pioneered developments in the MBA, such as offering the first one year full-time MBA programme in the UK, the first part-time route and the first distance learning programme in the UK. As a world class business school in an international technological university, we continue to innovate with our MBA and other programmes to ensure they are completely relevant and impactful to today's business world.

"These rankings of our executive MBA and our full-time MBA show that, wherever or however you study our Strathclyde MBA programme, you are studying 'one MBA' and attaining the same prestigious qualification. These rankings are testament to our excellent student body who do so well both on the programme and in their subsequent careers."

The Economist's ranking uses information provided by accredited business schools around the world, and asks their current MBA students plus recently-graduated MBAs to provide feedback on their experiences during the programme and career progression after it via an online survey.

The Financial Times uses information supplied from accredited business schools as well as information from alumni who graduated from the programme in 2012.

These latest rankings from the Financial Times and The Economist follow on from other recent rankings of our MBA and other Masters programmes, including our Masters in Business Management (MBM) programme. View the full list.
