About Dimitris Andriosopoulos

Prof Dimitris Andriosopoulos, is a Professor in Finance at Strathclyde Business School and is the director of Strathclyde University's MSc Investment and Finance programme. His research interests are corporate finance, corporate governance, M&As, CSR/ESG, and the impact of corruption and regulatory frameworks on finance and the economy. He is an Associate Editor for the European Journal of Finance and have acted as Associate (Guest) Editor for the International Review of Financial Analysis and the Journal of Operational Research Society. He also serves as research assessor for the Carnegie Trust, he is a member of the Research Panel of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland (ICAS), and is actively engaging with industry in various roles such as consulting and R&D.
