About Luciana D'Adderio

Dr Luciana D’Adderio is Reader in Management at the Business School and Innovation Fellow with the Advanced Institute of Management (AIM) Research. She possesses 20 years’ worth of experience as a researcher and a member of international project teams in a number of high technology companies including Sun Microsystems, FIAT, HP and SAP. She is also Senior Editor for the leading management journal Organisation Science and has published a number of articles and books on Innovation, Technology and Organisation.
