About Jenika Katz

Jenika Katz is a postgraduate researcher in the Work, Employment, and Organisation department. Her doctoral research focuses on how to increase retention of migrant workers in the hospitality industry. Before joining the Strathclyde Business School on a Fulbright grant, Jenika spent the last nine and a half years with Universal Parks and Resorts, largely as a technical writer for global facility design.
