Dr Joanna Butler is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with international experience in the design and implementation of employability and skills services across public, private and voluntary sectors. Supporting the delivery of a £65m welfare organisation, she successfully implemented several organisational development programmes, including advising Saudi government on the delivery of vocational education to excluded groups; developing a psychometric assessment completed by over 200,000 jobseekers; and designing/delivering ‘Coaching for Managers’ training across government organisations. Her interests cut across areas of work and organisational psychology, and she will be leading on modules relating to developing talent, organisational development and change, and people analytics & professional practice. Joanna has her UG, MSc Occupational Psychology, and PhD from Strathclyde, as well as qualifications in psychometric testing (with distinction). She is also an Associate Fellow with the British Psychological Society and a registered member of the Health and Care Professions Council.
